Better late to the party than never. How did I miss this band? It's a great blend of The Cure during their 'a forest' period and alternative rock. The first track Grandview plunges you into an ocean of psychodelic guitars and rythmic drums and like a siren lures you into the depths. A very accomplished album and although I wouldn't categorize it as Gothic it captures the early spirit of that dusty genre better than most contemporary bands nowadays.

I have listened to this album so many times I know it like the back of my hand. Yet, no matter how many times I hear it, it always seems fresh and new, which is a rare thing indeed.
